Excel Property Services, LLC is a family owned and operated company serving residential and commercial clients in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and surrounding areas. 

Our professional backgrounds began in the medical field, so our desire to help people and be held to a high standard is at our core.  As we became homeowners and saw first-hand how much work goes into maintaining a property, our interests peaked in learning the best ways to create and maintain our equity. We quickly realized how important it is to make sure that a finger be kept on the pulse of the integrity of a property and to maintain the value of assets – and how we could help others to manage theirs as well.

We are also unique in the fact that we have generations of local family heritage!  Our family could write books on how much the Grand Strand has changed over the years, how to find the best services, and maybe even a few restaurant recommendations too!

We founded this company out of a love of serving people and providing unmatched value behind the services we offer.
